The indicated prices are per apartment and day with standard occupancy excluding local tax and final cleaning.
We charge € 30 per day for each additional person in the apartment.

Please note that a reservation only becomes effective after we have confirmed it with deposit and cancellation conditions.
A deposit of 40 % is required to make a booking.

Up to 3 months before arrival - without paying a cancellation fee, the contract can be canceled by both contracting parties without giving reasons by means of a unilateral declaration.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival - we charge 40 % of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival - the cancellation fee is 70 % of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90 % of the travel price, in the case of early departure 100 %.
We charge a general processing fee of
€ 50 per cancelled apartment.
