Informationen:

  • The indicated prices are per apartment and day with standard occupancy excluding local tax and final cleaning.

  • We charge € 30 per day for each additional person in the apartment. 

  • Children up to 2 years free

  • ** In summer plus SUPER SUMMER CARD: Adults € 5 per person and day. € 2.50 per day for children born between 2007 and 2015 – children born in 2016 or later are free.

  • Final cleaning: € 90,-- once

  • excl. local tax: € 2.60 per person and night

  • Please note that a reservation only becomes effective after we have confirmed it with deposit and cancellation conditions.

  • A deposit of 40 % is required to make a booking.

  • The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

Cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival - without paying a cancellation fee, the contract can be canceled by both contracting parties without giving reasons by means of a unilateral declaration.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival - we charge 40 % of the travel price.

  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival - the cancellation fee is 70 % of the travel price.

  • If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90 % of the travel price, in the case of early departure 100 %.
  • We charge a general processing fee of
    € 50 per cancelled apartment.
